SKYJET UV Flat-bed Printer can print on the surface of soft and hard materials instantly, non-touch and non-plate. It replaces traditional manual drawing. Screen printing, heat transfer and stickiness film technology and provided customers with products of individually, small batches, more varieties, and multi-colors, together with output features of speed, high efficiency and flexibility.

Higher resolution:

SKYJET UV Flat-bed Printer adopted latest KM-512-14PL-720dpi Printhead which is the professional and industrial UV printhead. With the double-line printing mouth, 0.07mm distance, 1440dpi resolution, it can obtain the best printing quality.

More Application:

UV Flat-bed printer can work on wide range of materials, flexible media including glisten film, PVC cloth, canvas, carpet, and etc; the hard media including glass, ceramic tiles, ceiling, aluminum sheet, wood board, door sheet, metal paint panel, close stool cover, billboard, acrylic board, PMMA sheet, Plexiglas, paper sheet, MDF, and etc.

1.Printing Structure: adopted vacuum and media fixed table, quiescence materials, keep the materials next to the table with vacuum and pressure roller. Beam moves with axis, to realize printing feeding. Compared with roll to roll and pressure roller UV machine, Flat-bed structure machine is more suitable for big and heavy materials.

2.Voltage/Temperature curves: Konica Minolta has inside heater and temperature sensor, auto-control V/T curves can meet the requirements maximumly of continuous and stable printing.

3.Auto-adjust height: Printheads height can be adjusted within 100mm according to the thickness of materials.

4.UV ink: adopted original TOYO curable ink, high solidification and fast dry.
