SKYJET Ultra-wide Format Old Master series printers are designed for industrial level outdoor printing companies. It integrates high speed, ultra-wide, multi-function, low cost and stable print with great, exalted outer shape. It has three models suitable for different high-level applications: Super speed printer, Ultra-wide printer and Paper printer

Super speed printer: 3300 print width, suits for large batch, continuous outdoor print business.

Ultra-wide printer: 5200mm print width, suits for wide format printing jobs.

Paper printer: 1700mm print width, suits for outdoor paper printing jobs.

Features

Multiple P.H. configuration: Install 24、32、or 48 Xaar128-200 P.H. to print good quality jobs in four colors mode and the max speed of SKYJET-SM-5248-4c reaches 110m²/h .

Ultra-wide print: By using a strong roller with diameter of 485 mm as media carrier, it can achieve 5 meters wide printing. And its linearity process and media feeding ability ensure the reliable printing even 5 meters wide image.

Clear print: Adopt arc-shaped print structure, the P.H. are arranged on the arc-shape plate, the problem of print head scratching media caused by pleat of media can be avoided. Therefore, the distance of 1.5mm-2mm between P.H. and media can ensure the highest print resolution.

Stable media feeding: Strong belt-friction type media feeding structure achieves stable media feeding, and the length error of two 50-meter long jobs is less than 0.5 percent.

Efficient media loading: The single-roller and belt-friction media feeding structure make the media loading much faster and more convenient, and no need media traction and it's very easy to align the media, which saves both labor and material.
