Digital textile printer produces without plate making and stock, which is the real hi-effective green production technology with rich color and non-pollution.

Hi-quality image printing and high industrial standard meet the textile requirements, which provides 76m²/h printing speed.

Konica Minolta water-based printhead designed for original textile ink, which exerts excellently of ink flux, balanced ink dot under stable jet pressure. Original ink embodies high chroma, beautiful color and high color solidification.

Capability

1. Printhead Type: Industrial-level KM 204 textile printhead, 720DPI resolution, two years life.

2. Materials Class: water-based, dispersed and acidity ink. Cotton, rough, silk, nylon, fabric, etc printing are available.

3. Transmission structure: Glue-cylinder printing structure, air-pressure media feeding and take-up device guaranteed transmission mistake within 0.5%. No maintenance cost and low use cost.

4. Materials Drying: PTC hi-effective hot drying system guarantees materials feeding while hi-speed printing.

5. Printhead Maintenance: Adopted full imported printhead protection system including full blocked wet, negative printhead vacuum and printhead scrape device, which guarantees printhead in smooth, clean and non-air bubble status, improves stability of digital textile printer.

6. Materials Thickness: Within 15mm materials printing and auto-adjust printhead altitude are available.

7. Cylinder Cleaning: Auto cylinder cleaning device guarantees infiltrated ink removable in time.
