Features

1. Print head Type: Industrial-level KM 204 fabric print head, 720DPI resolution, two years life span.

2. Fabrics Variety: Using active dye ink, dispersive dye ink and acidic dye ink, and good match for cotton, hemp, silk, nylon, chemical fiber etc .

3. Transmission structure: Glue-coated cylinder type printing structure and equipped with air-pressure media feeding and taken-up device to ensure the feeding error rate fewer than 0.5%. No need maintenance and low using cost.

4. Fabric-dyed Drying: PTC hi-effective hot-air drying system ensures materials feeding while hi-speed printing.

5. Print head Maintenance: Adopt full imported print head protection system including full wet hermetic capping device, negative pressure print head suction facility and print head scrape device, which keeps print head at unblocked, clean and non-air bubble status for a long time, and improves stability of digital textile printer.

6. Fabric Thickness: Max fabrics thickness up to 15mm, print heads height can adjust automatically.

7. Cylinder Cleaning: Auto cylinder cleaning device can remove the ink infiltrated on cylinder in time.
